Shipping & warranty
Shipping
We ship across Canada. Every kit arrives as a set of pre-cut, numbered components — panels, frame pieces, hardware, and instructions — packaged for freight delivery. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Someone should be available to receive the shipment, as freight deliveries for a kit this size typically require a signature and a place to stage the crate.
Damage in transit
Inspect your crate on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us right away — we'll sort out replacement parts.
Warranty
The frame is covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, extreme weather events beyond the rated snow and wind load, or unauthorized modification. The polycarbonate covering is CE-certified and UV-stabilized per manufacturer specification.
Making a warranty claim
Contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to diagnose it and arrange a replacement part where the warranty applies.
